Resin Flower Preservation

A Little About How We Work

The Flower Artist is an independent, countryside resin flower preservation and floristry business based in Denmead Village, Hampshire. Sustainability is at the heart of what I do, ensuring that beautiful blooms are not only cherished in the moment but preserved for a lifetime. My bespoke resin flower preservation service transforms your special occasion flowers into timeless keepsakes—each piece a unique, handcrafted work of art. By working closely with my clients, I create meaningful designs that capture the beauty and sentiment of their flowers, whether from a funeral, memorial, loved ones garden, wedding or another cherished event. Every piece I create is a celebration of love, nature, and the memories that matter most. My resin flower preservation service is nationwide covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.

How do I preserve my flowers?

Step One

Get in touch with me by sending an enquiry, email, WhatsApp message, or simply giving me a call. Some flowers are better suited to certain designs and shapes, so I will chat with you to help create your perfect resin artwork design.

Step 2

Once you’ve chosen your resin design, you’ll be sent an invoice and asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order.

Step 3

Arrange a date to drop off your flowers at The Flower Artist, or send them by post. If posting, I’ll provide clear instructions to make sure your flowers arrive safely.

Step 4

Sit back and let me work my flowery magic, carefully preserving your precious flowers so you can cherish them forever. This process can take up to ten weeks (sometimes a little longer during busy periods).

Step 5

Receive your beautiful, bespoke piece of resin artwork.

What to Expect with Bespoke Resin Artwork

All resins and epoxies will naturally amber over time—this is inevitable. I use high-performance resin with UV inhibitors to slow this process, but with proper care and limited UV exposure, the change should be gradual. Each preserved floral piece is unique, meaning no two will ever be exactly alike. As each artwork is handmade, you may notice small surface imperfections such as microbubbles, dust, or slightly uneven edges—these only add to the beauty and character of the design.
